Ice Ice Baby ;-)
How about ice effects, the ice would cover the ground much like glue or bouncy dirt and if your tank is on an incline, it would slide until it comes to a horizontal surface, or you could add friction and if the surface is too small it will continue to slide down the hill until it comes to a surface long enough to let it come to a complete stop.
I think this would be a great addition.

sounds cool. It would be cool if when a weapon hit the ice, it would bounce very slightly and hit the ground.

Sounds cool. Another thing that could go along with that is like a light blue/blue turrain, with mountains in the background.......like your fighting in the Mymalayas (spelled wrong lol idc )

Nope... I've heard (or seen) a lot of internet expressions but not that one.

How about... it acts as the opposite of glue? Any weapon that hits it acts like a Roller, exploding when it hits an incline.

well if you made it so it would make the other person not be able to move or slide that would be ok.

You could have the ice act as the "anti-glue" weapon. If you fired a Mega Nuke and your target was sitting on the ice in front of it... *BOOM!*
