If that first picture was actually in the game........that would be so freakin hard! Face off against Star Magician, Dulluhan (which is like all 3 in one), Sentinal and Vulkan, dang. Vulkan is kinda easy to beat though. Anyway those are pretty funny.

It's French. La langue est francais. Oui, je suis canadienne.

Obviously not! It's a Japanese make, but as the sites pirate software from other websites, the french site offered/provided by golden sun world incorporated the in-game data and made a specific french model. That's my guess anyway...
