It may not be a new pocket tanks but a new artiliery game. Sould be out sometime in 2007.

That depends on what you mean by "The new Pocket Tanks". If by the new PT, you mean, the new update (or any subsequent updates, and they'll be coming every few months this year if all goes well), then no, you will not have to pay.

If you're talking about the new game that Mike mentioned he would be working on here (http://forums.blitwise.com/forums/showthread.php?p=104#post104), then you would have to pay for it, because it won't be Pocket Tanks. When Mike has talked about it around the office, and on the boards, he generally refers to "Scorched Tanks". It'll be a different game, with a different engine, but hopefully all the fun (and then some) of Pocket Tanks.
