Mega Ball Board Pack Add-on

I have this in my Super DX-ball, Does anyone know where I got it from, since you can't buy it or download it anywhere..

You, or someone else in the wise, must have clicked on the Mega ball power up icon in the help screen. That activates the MegaBall boards.
