I'm not completely sure if I got what you meant there.

You mean that the font or the size of the font is wrong? Or do you mean that I could've come up with some better punsh-lines? Do you mean in all the comics or just in some specific ones?

Well, thanks. I can't help that I've got so bad punsh-lines though ;P

But people always have different opinions. On some other forums I've got positive feedback, on others again some people thing the art is way too bad.. But I've also got to hear that i should keep the graphics simple and not use too many details.. I'm confused :P

The jokes are like the jokes in Garfield, which is to say, not funny. You need proper ideas and also much better comedic timing.

The art is all right, but the way the text is just slapped on is awful.

ok. i made my first strip, and my second is done, but wont be released. i might go for the daily thang.

anyway, here it is. however, it needs a name. i was thinking 'shrooms', but that lends itself to the drug aspect. any ideas for a name are welcome. if i don't like them, i'll just leave it with shrooms.

That's PSH's web comic. It gets a lot of laughs from my friends and me, but I don't think it's for the right reasons.

I...really don't understand your last comic.

It's a guy (apparently named Bob) watching television, and there's a scream from another room. For some reason he says "Now what?" and there's an apparently unrelated caption at the bottom.
I just don't get it. What's it supposed to even be about?

I sort-of get your joke, it might help if I had played the game the comic mentions.
Your target audience must be able to relate to your comic(s).
Fact: Jim Davis' first comic series was thrown out by publishers because people couldn't relate to it. He went away and made Garfield, then came back and got Garfield published.

Hey, how about draw them out then take a picture of them, then upload it here. Or maybe go scan it. The point is, i like hand drawing, and i think you should do that. You know, you have to write/draw out your ideas first before you can work on it in any type of media.

and i have yet to bother attempting to start it up again...lolz.

I would consider drawings in Paint to be much more impressive than Photoshop, simply because Paint is underrated, and I would imagine it would take longer to make a good drawing in Paint than Photoshop.

photoshop actually isnt very good for drawing things. illustrator is better. its in adobe cs with photoshop.

I don't use either of those. Well except for Photoshop, i make themes for my blogs and adjust my camera photos there. I do hand drawings, and then i go scan them. But unfortunately, i can't upload them anyhow :|

it's just easier to me than photoshop. more shapes, more options, easier to put text in. i like photoshop for editing pics tho.
