Some of us know about it, most of us have it blocked at school, and most people have no clue what to do with it. I know how to use it, and found a "back door" into it. C:/WINDOWS/system32/command.com
If you want the commands for it, ask and I'll post a few later.

Probably the very large words. Just a hunch.
(And that be your #1500.)
Copy/paste that into the address bar and it downloads an MS-DOS application. (Wasn't completely clear.)
I'm going to assume it's just the command prompt. Yeah, if you know what you're doing, a command line can create universes.
...Or is that math. Whatever.
The comps at my school actually have the command line in the Accessories folder...
you can turn off any security/block system using command prompt.
system.msc -> disable security proxy.
*note, u need admin to do this.
how soes this work? well, every block system works by routing surfing requests through a system of information that is acknowledged by the security's grand compy.
basically, if you want to go somewhere, it sends your request to your security system's brain, however x miles away it is, and then if it isn't blocked, it sends you there.
blocking this proxy shuns the brain altogether, and not only that, makes the brain so frustrated, it shoots the operator.

Text de-hugified for tolerance.
Yes, that is the command prompt. Wow... You found they key to the universe! Congrats! I commend you upon your wonderful discovery!
On a serious note... So? If you really want to get to a DOS prompt, burn a CD with MS-DOS files copied to that and boot to it.
Command.com is an older version of cmd.exe. Almost all commands that work with cmd.exe work with command.com. For instance... tracert blitwise.com tells you all the IP addresses that packets are sent to when you go to that url.
@ ekoz: I'm going to assume that your code actually works when I say this. That will only work when there is an application or operating system level firewall. My school utilizes a hardware-based firewall that is scans all incoming packets to certain users and computers. So no, that code doesn't always work.
ahh. yes, you are right. it wont work with things like sonic wall - however, it will bypass norton, avg, or generally any other software firewall.

I remember going to detention in elementary school for changing the screensavers on all the computers in my classroom. My teacher, and, indeed, a great deal of the school's staff, had no idea how to change it back.
Good times.
That's not really comparable to rf'ing the hard drives, is it?

You, minmay, must live in the South where teachers barely even know what a computer is.

I figured out how to change the screensaver when I was like 9 in the Windows 95 days... and a group of adults couldn't.
All is lost...
changing the screensaver....figured out how to do that the first time i went on a compy.
