Reputation System?

Has this forum always had a reputation system, or is that new? I didn't even notice it earlier today.

It's the circle by the post number.

You can never beat Ben's rep, even if you got to it, he could either raise his even higher, or to be evil, just lower yours. :p

Though when altering rep score you can leave a reason, but I'm thinking that's for moderating purposes.

all posts from which you gained points from can be viewed in the main page of the user CP. you can not view the user however.
