Comodo Personal Firewall and DINPUT.DLL

Comodo Personal Firewall is reporting a potential keylogging threat due to Neon Wars doing something or other with DINPUT.DLL, which is part of Direct Input. The DLL itself checks out with DxDiag. Has anyone else seen this?

I'd say it's reporting the game checking the keyboard to see if Escape or other keys are pressed.
