If Serbs would celebrate Halloween they would use peppers instead of pumpkins. And they would fill peppers with rice and cut beacon and cook them.

And then we would have filled peppers a la Halloween. :)

Too bad Serbs don't celebrate it. :(

I don't have a picture, but our pumpkin for this year looked like hands coming out of a grave or something...

I don't go trick or treating, I just get the left over candy, because there are not too many kids in my neighborhood.

i had a huge bowl full of candy, and two trick or treater groups come to my house last night :P.

but then my mom ruined it by making us donate the rest to church.

My original plan was to actually go trick-or-treating as Homsar instead of just carving a pumpkin, but I couldn't get the costume done in time. Nor could I get the voice quite right.

So I followed some other people around while they went trick-or-treating and hid behind bushes and trees watching them get candy. It was awesome.

What did you use for the blood? Most things i know would stain the clothing...

I wore an obnoxious pink baseball cap. I didn't really put too much effort into my costume. :P

If I had the forsight to bring my lab coat + goggles from last year, I bet I could have done something with that. Add my pink hat, some headphones, and something weird to carry around (or maybe some computer cables to hang out of my pocket), and then I could be some demented scientist type person. The lab coat even has a lot of chemical spills on it! Man, I wish I had actually done that now :P

Other than that, went to a haunted house which was pretty fun.
