Corruption of memory. Were you using Cheat Engine?
OR this is just an edited picture. Notice now most of the digits are 0's, 4's, and 7's?

He'd need to make the minus sign from scratch. I doubt that he'd randomly do it and make himself lose in an edited picture.

since the game knows about negitive numbers, in points lost, or the glitchy -1 movment. This is purely theoretical, but mabey a part of the game's code has a binary part for allowing scores to be in negitive numbers. Mabey the outcome of the match combined with the ending score had a bug which made it activate the binary switch allowing you to get into negitive numbers and another bug giving you the score. that may be the upper point cap but with a negitive sign on it. i am buisy but can someone go try to find the upper cap to your score? if it matches then we may solve this. it will take a long time but it will work.

It's called Cheat Engine and image editing. Tanks have shading applied to them. His is all black.

Correct if you change the score to over 100000000 it goes into - try it out

Alright. See, internal memory with the stored score is a signed integer. If you change it too high it would overflow and the sign bit would change, causing a negative score to pop up. The tank color change was probably due to the overflowing bit altering the variable for color.
