It doesn't have to be great. It just needs to look like it wasn't done by a three year old.

Tell you what: I'll post my comic strip. I started it 3 years ago and forgot about it and abandoned it for two years. I've been working on it again.

This is everything for now, and I will post more later.
Also, I should note that I completely shifted the genre of my comic after about 18 comics because I decided I wanted to change it from being a comedy to a deep story.
So, it will seem a little stupid, but I promise it gets better.

arrrrrrrg I hate to say this but.........I have a very high standard for comics, no comic ever seems funny to me, although I do like the Calvin and Hobbes those are pretty funny. But these in my opinion aren't funny to me at all.....but don't feel bad I think every comic is unfunny I don't even like the comics written by pro comic writers.....I will probably get flamed for this... :( :( :( I do like how you made the characters expressions and what-knot

New characters will come eventually, as will an explanation to my so called "storyline". It will take time though. Time and Cheetos.

Alright, here's how:

First, learn how to effectively use paint (It takes time, patience, and dedication).
Second, make characters (or take original characters from old video games and recolor them)
Third, determine your comic type (comedy, story, randomness, etc.) and try to stick with it (May change midway, like mine.)
Fourth, Have fun with it :)
For extra effects and cool stuff, use Photoshop.

As for now, can't divulge too greatly on the subject. I'm still working on 49-51.

Well my vote.....I don't know what the scale is but I would vote 0 because I am very particular when it comes to comics and 95% of comics aren't funny to me at all. But don't feel bad, I think you made the comics well, it's just.....they don't seem funny enough for me.

I've been inspired to make a web comic. I've wanted to for a long time, but I lack the ability to make high-grade humor. For a good while, I also lacked artistic ability, but I've recently discovered that I do have some of that. I'd have to make a serious comic. I just need a good story. I'm kinda working on one.

Ever hear about that guy who got like half his brain chopped off and then the next day he was making carvings and drawings like a pro.....and for comics I think that people should start going "outside the box" Like a comic where the comics "know" there in a comic and try to get out and such, or something, I lost my train of thought.

That guy that keeps getting sent through time is George, and it's based off of a joke from earlier regarding George's crazy time-travelling misadventures.
Still, you should read it from the start.
