The SDK is coming out later this month, it would be so awesome to be able to play pocket tanks with a touch interface.

It's hard enough for Blitwise to get PTanks of the Mac. Do you really think they'll try to get it on the iPhone, which nobody buys or the iPod, which the screen is too small?

everybody here is so negative, the controls would be so intuitive on a touch screen and the screen is not that small and the hardware is more than capable in addition with wifi there could be lan support.

Mike said they have already tried the PS3 and the Xbox 360, but it fell through, but he said the Wii would be the best one, it is just they don't have enough $$$ to buy a developement kit. Which last time I looked, the Wii developement kits were $2,000 - $2,500.

Iphone development wouldn't cost that much considering the SDK will be distributed among ADC members, and the iPhone is running a native stripped-down version of OSX, porting PTanks over shouldn't be that difficult. Believe me if I had the rights to PTanks I would do it. Many people I know would be willing to pay full price for such an app.

Well, if this was the case, the people who port Pocket Tanks to a Mac would have to do it.

It's been a long time since anyone talked about them.

well, i do believe that if it is 2000-2500, 112.5 dollars from 20 members would make 2300, plus the fact that they could advertise...kinda like charity work, but not really charity work.

but wii would be kinda bland, and it would defeat the purpose of the wii, to make games that require exersize. all you would need to do is flick your wrist every now and then. trust me, PT is fun, but it is not exersising.

I know!!!! You would set youre power and angle to what you want it to and then you would have to shake the romote real fast intill it hits!

Aren't i just the best?

To bad i don't have $100, But if blitwise payed me back when they make the money i would save up and pay $200!!
