Gravity Well and Neon Blast

Aren't Gravity Well and Neon Blast basically the exact same thing? They both have a bunch of colorful explosions with about the same blast radius, and they both confuse the sensors of your opponent. They also leave the same size holes in the ground after being fired.

I don't get why Neon Blast was invented after Gravity Well was already existing.

gravity well is slightly more rapid and you can whats happening to the tank neon blast is more colorful and it just doesnt stop when its done attacking you have to w8 for the black flashes to go away

Does Neon Blast leave the "sticky" holes? The ones that don't collapse?

Yeah, it does. Another (small) difference is that Gravity Well makes the tank hover while it gets hit.

Gravity Well has been stronger than Neon Blast in my experience. GW can do over 100, NB gets about 40...

I think that Gravity Well does do more damage.

Neon Blast and Gravity well both leave holes that don't collapse.
