Megaman!!!

I'm sorry to say this but... the megaman series cannot be beat! I do say though... this comes in 2nd. And i've noticed Ben's Icon. Very nice:cool:

You, sir, have excellent taste. Megaman is indeed an excellent game. I spent many hours playing it on the NES and later the SNES. Sadly, IMHO the PSX Megaman games were lacking, and the series has gone downhill. Although, the Megaman Zero games for the GBA are quite good.

My favorite megaman games were megaman x1, x2, and x3. All for the SNES.

Me too... I love the the early Megaman X games... But I really can't get into the playstation Versions... I bought the X collection for My Gamecube... along with the Megaman Aniversary collection for My Cube... My best friend loves those 8-bit originals... I like them... But I can't really get into them either...

Bassically, I like any megaman game that is not 3D (Megaman Battle Network Series isn't really 3D. Great series too.)

Apparantly, they are making a follow-up to the Megaman Zero series for the DS.
At least, they are in Japan.:D

I know all about it... Megaman ZX for DS. I reserved it. First made in japan and will come out in the U.S. in the middle of august. It will contain 2 different playable characters (one male one female. no difference other than apperance) There will be X armor, ZX armor and 5 other armors. google megaman ZX and you will discover what I did.

Megaman has only hurt the mavericks(in Megaman X games)and bad navis(Battle Network games). Megaman would never hurt a human, so what has megaman ever done to a human? Nothing.

I personally like Megaman and X. In fact, it only took me 2 days to beat X4, X5, and X6.

The only thing I hate about Megaman games is the unbelievably horrible bosses.
Tomahawk Man, Centaur Man, Hard Man, Bubble Man, Top Man, and Toad man are but a few of the many horrid boss names out there.
As for X: Tornado Tonion, Web Spider, Clone Mushroom, Infinity Mijinion (what the heck is that anyway?), and my personnal favorite: Metal Shark Player.

Luckily, there are some good ones out there:
Gemini Man, Turbo Man, Napalm Man, Quick Man
Magma Dragoon, Slash Beast, Blaze Heatnix

I think out of all Megaman game types, the absolute best ones are X and Zero.

Every Megaman X game is generally pretty fun and challenging to some degree.
Ultimately better though are the Megaman Zero games:
These are for the true experts. If you can beat these games, you are an expert Maverick Hunter.

right, i tried playing sega on genesis and on PC .. it sucks on PC although i play with keyboard better than Joystick.. :rolleyes:

Its pretty good but I don't really like the map system.

I got it yesterday but I didn't get to play till today.

So far I've only got the ZX form (that sabre rocks).

Right now I'm trying to get though the power plant but I keep dying on the part where you jump from platform to platform but everytime you land on one it falls a ways and then electrocutes you till your dead and you can't jump to the next one because your to low.

I got past that part and got the Hx model. Its ok but I kinda like model Zx better.

HX is the one with the buster editer, right? If it is, then once you upgrade it to the max, you'll love it.

Indeed, the Mega Man series will always be an all-time classic. I have beaten Mega Man 1-6, Mega Man X 1-3 and 5, and Mega Man Zero 1 and 2. I own Mega Man Xtreme 2, and Mega Man Zero 3 and 4, but have not completed those three yet. Working on it though. On a small note, I really do not like the Mega Man Battle Network series that much.

I still haven't beaten ZX yet, I've killed the 8 bosses and now I have the option to go fight the finial boss (at least I think I do thats how most megaman games work) but first I want to have all the subtanks and so far I only have 3 of them.

The bump was for a game that is coming out today called "Megaman Starforce" It's for DS and it's the continuing of the megaman BN series. I'm going to buy it ASAP.

Also, they're making a sequel to Megaman ZX. That comes out later this year, in october. "Megaman ZX Advent"

Why did they go and make Megaman ZX?! I think that game just killed the Megaman Zero series. Leave it as it is! It ended just fine! But no, they went and took on the Megaman Battle Network look. (A game which I really don't care for.)

So here's what happened. I pre-ordered Megaman Starforce-Pegesus today and I didn't tell my dad about it. (It turns out Gamestop doesn't get it until tomarrow) My DS is at my mom's house and when I got back with the receit in my hands, my dad questioned me. I explained, and he told me to go return it because it's using the money I earned here to buy something for over there. So, I don't get to play the game till I earn enough money at my mom's house.
