Get a http://www.photobucket.com account, upload a picture, then copy the image code from the picture on your photobucket account.

Use print screen, then copy that into paint. Save that image somewhere on your computer, then upload that image to a photo hosting site like www.imageshack.com, www.photobucket.com, ect. Then when posting a reply on this forum, you need to get the direct link code to that image and use that in the "insert image" button on the reply box.
