Thats Right, This Thread is For the Planning and Sign up of my Next RP, Which is a sequal to my last. My Next Rp Will Have the following improvements:

A STORY LINE
Thats Right A Story Line! It's Amazing!!!

With a story line, the game has... you know... A POINT!
Your not just running around like an Idiot Fighting a random Psycho.
Also, a story line tends to tone down the utter Weirdness of my style, and heres the best part:

I've been imagining this story beleive it or not for years, I'm just expanding on it. There shoulden't be more random impossible stuff.

MORE RP MASTERS
More RP Masters means Less Chaos, more interactibility, less arguing, More Up-Time, Less Scrolling through fifty posts if you leave for a day (Less Crap), and the ability for players to seperate from each other.
RP masters will get Breifed on the story, the setting, and what all the powers in the story can do and are capable of.

Why, I'm so glad you asked, Because if you had gone into the RP without knowing, you would have caused COMPLETE AND TOTAL CHAOS!!!!!!!
WHAT WITHIN REASON MEANS:
Within reason means:
1: Your opponant, if fighting, has time to react, because the time your spendin attacking is time they WOULD be spending defending. If it's an instant thing, like firing a gun, you have to post the setup. (You have to aim a gun before you shoot it)

2:YOU DON'T MAGICLY GET MORE POWERS FROM NOTHING.
Your not god.

3:You must keep time in mind, if you can swing a sword, they can raise a shield. If their in a car and your on foot, it will take you longer to reach a location. The Only way to bypass timing is to "Corner" an opponant. Put them in a position in which they cannot possibly counter.

4:If you have the luck of the Irish in real life, and would like to use it in the RP, please tell us in the beggining so WE CAN BEAT YOU!!!!!!! Not really, but please, if you plan on being an overly lucky player, put that ability in your starting profile, or you'll find yourself very unlucky indeed...

I go to such lengths to explain this simply because we had a HUGE Problem with it during the last RP. Especialy at the begging.

Name: Yuudai 雄大 Akio

Age: 16 – 17

Race: Human (Nen user)

Rank: Triple Hunter - given to hunters who have made extraordinary contributions to society over several fields. This is the rarest and most difficult rank to obtain, and is considered a great honor. The number of 3-Star hunters is about 10.

Though only the age of 16 (he’s almost 17 now), Akio has already become a triple hunter. This is due in part to his creation of several new sword and martial art styles, as well as the advent of several new forms and stances in the already existing styles. He also saved a small country from a small colony of Chimera Ants. The Ants weren’t that powerful and posed no serious threat to the human’s at the time, there were however, several who had begun to feast on human’s as well as develop nen abilities.

Profession: Nen-Master, Swordsman and martial artist.

Type of Hunter: Though Akio prefers not to be given a title, he does fall into a category of hunter, Blacklist Hunter. His goal in life is to protect everyone he can, and in doing so, he’s gained the title of a Blacklist Hunter.

Abilities: Akio is naturally a Materialization user; however, he didn’t believe the use of manifestation alone would give him the power he’d need to protect people. He had wanted to be a reinforcement user, but, he would only be able to master that at 80%. By putting conditions on himself and his abilities, he has been able to give his Materialization and Reinforcement nen 100% efficiency, with his emission and transformation types 50%. Specialization and Manipulation are both 0%.

He’s also a master of many sword and martial art styles, many of which he created; if he didn’t create the entire style he did create forms or stances of a style already in existence. His father was a skilled swordsman and martial artist and his mother was a nen user, due to this he has become a deadly warrior.

Weapons: Believing he needed a weapon in order to protect people, Akio used his manifestation abilities to create a shirasaya whose blade is composed of diamond (the edge of the blade). A shirasaya isn’t an actual type of sword; instead it is a way of mounting ones blade when it isn’t intended to be used for a long period of time. The sheath of the blade is composed of a plain wood (most often hickory) as is the hilt. The blades are very rarely used in combat as the lack of a guard and proper handle wrapping was dangerous for the wielder. However, Akio was very fond of the appearance, so, he created the blade.

It’s modeled after a katana; unlike popular belief, a katana is not a type of a sword, instead it is the length of the blade. They range from 71 to 76 centimeters in length. Akio’s blade is 73 centimeters long.

The hilt and sheath are both composed of a white hickory, with his name written on one side of the sheath and the word “protect” on the other. Both are written in English. The blade itself is a jet black colour save the sharp edge of the blade, which is composed of diamond.

Although it can’t be considered a weapon, Akio has also materialized a sort of belt that covers his entire body save his head. The “clasp” of the belt is located on each palm, and his knee caps, with the straps all connecting in the center of his chest. Above his heart is a 5th clasp, much larger than the other 4, which when removed removes the entire belt not just the one covering a certain part of the body. It is used to constantly absorb the nen that is being used by Akio which keeps his nen emissions always at 50% of what they are. If he puts 100% of his max nen into it, the attack will only deal 50% damage.

The belt is made of dark blue polyester, no different from a belt that you could find at a corner store. It is wrapped haphazardly around both of his arms, there are gaps left everywhere leaving much of his arm visible. Though the belt is unseen once it reaches Akio’s shoulder, it is wrapped around his abdomen and legs in a similar fashion.

Appearance: Akio stands 5’8”, weighing 120 pounds, with a muscular build. His upper body (arms, chest, etc.) aren’t very well defined when it comes to muscle, you can make out the muscles and see their form, but they aren’t very well defined. His legs on the other hand, are something completely different, not disgustingly large, or bulging, they are very visible and when he wears a tighter pair of pants it isn’t difficult at all to make out the shape of his muscle alone.

His hair at the longest place just half an inch from his shoulders, while his bangs are about 3 inches from his shoulders, and the hair is naturally curly, so of course the hair is roughly shoulder length all around. His dark brown hair matches his eyes, which show his every emotion, from apathy and indifference to his blinding rage and hate. His nose is rather small and does nothing for his face; it is not memorable or even entertaining to look at. However, his lips are the exact opposite, at first look, they appear to be very feminine, after examination however, they are a darker shade of red than a females lips, and are slightly larger.

Yuudai’s chin and upper lip are peppered with stubble, giving him an unshaven appearance, though he does shave quite often, he likes to keep it at that length as he thinks it looks “cool”. However, once this stubble reaches his cheek bones, it thickens to become dark brown and fuzzy sideburns.

Akio, being of a family of martial artists wears a gi. However, being a 16 year old, his constant training and battles, the outfit is rather worn. The gi is ripped at the shoulder and the ends of the pants. Unlike traditional gi that end at the ankle like a normal pair of pants, Akio’s end 3 inches above his ankle, showing some of the 16 year old fuzzy leg. The colour of the outfit is a dark shade of white, due to the dirt and grime that has been permanently embedded inside of the cloth, which makes the gi look like a hand-me-down from Akio’s great-great-Grandfather. Around his waist is tied a green obi, which has fooled many enemies into thinking that Akio is weaker than he actually is. In his family, someone who possesses a green belt has mastered every aspect of their training, both physically and spiritually; this means wearing a green belt in the Yuudai family is akin to someone wearing a black belt in Karate. Akio wears nothing for footwear except the occasional pair of sandals (if he’s going to a dinner party).

History: Akio was born into a family of warriors. His mother was a double hunter, his father a samurai and his grandparents (on either side) were masters of their studies. He was the youngest of the next generation of Yuudai children, and so he was always in the shadow of his 3 eldest siblings. Akio may have learned to walk at 6 months of age, but his sister Midori began to walk at 4 months. Akio took up the study of the sword and the fist at 3, but his brother Naoki did so at 2, and even though he mastered the use of Materialization nen at 10, his brother Inugo mastered transformation nen at 9.

The praise of the family always went to his siblings no matter how hard Akio pushed himself. He was never able to match up to the accomplishments of his elders, so the boy always felt alienated. However, there was one member of his family who held him above all the others, his Grandfather (on his mothers side). This was something that helped motivate him even when he felt like giving up. His Grandfather was a rival to Netero and was even offered the position of President of the Hunter Committee; however, he declined as he wished to stay with his new wife.

At the age of 3, Akio began the practice of swordsmanship and martial arts. He began by learning the basic of every style his family knew. Everyday he would practice every style for a set amount of time. This continued for three years until he was deemed ready to learn the use of nen. His day was then split it half. The morning was spent continuing his physical training and the afternoon was nen training. At the age of 10, Akio had mastered his Manifestation nen as well as every style that his family knew. This was the boy’s first acknowledge accomplishment, for he was the first to master all the styles of the family; his siblings only mastered one or two of them. Still, his family (save his Grandfather) showed little enthusiasm over it, then patted him on the back and said good job.

It was at that moment that he decided he would become the first member of his family since his Grandparents (again, both sides) to create their own fighting styles. Akio and his best friend Aoen would leave the house for long periods of time (sometimes days) to train in the wilderness, perfecting the movements, stances and attacks of the styles Akio developed. Of the numerous styles the two created, there was one that Akio was unable to master, which on the inverse was the only one Aeon was able to master. The boys finally stopped their development of the skills after 3 years of work.

Of the many sword styles that the two created, only one does Akio use. The style is nameless, but the motions of the style are fluid and one attack can quickly lead to a different stance (or form, if the battle calls for it). Akio’s use of the martial arts he formed is much more diverse. Cheetah Sloth and Blue Fisted Monkey were the first two styles to be completed. Though they only have one stance, their abilities are worth the lack of alternative uses.

Cheetah Sloth is a completely defensive style, the body is left wide open with the user moving his arms up and down (like a sloth) very slowly. The moment and enemy begins to attack, the user then springs into action, not only dodging the attack but effectively countering it. If augmented with the use of En, the user can become the attacker even through defense alone.

Blue Fisted Monkey is the exact opposite. The style has very little in terms of defense; instead the user uses their speed to prevent an attack from the opponent. As the name suggests the user moves similar to the way a chimpanzee does when running (Blue Fisted Ape wasn’t as catchy). The attacks also do little to no external damage; instead they damage the organs of the opponent which can result in instant death, or a prolonged very painful end.

Akio also developed two other styles, one of which was named Ansatsuken (I’m not goin’ to bother describing this one. If you’ve played Street Fight and used Ryu, Ken or Akuma, you know the style and the stance). This particular style also features a second stance. While basic Ansatsuken has the elbows always level with the waist and left foot forward, Ansatsuken-Wolf almost mirrors a boxer’s stance. Both arms are in front of the users face to defend against any punches that may be directed at the face, and the left foot is only slightly ahead of the right. Anatsuken-Wolf isn’t as versatile as Ansatsuken; while the traditional form incorporates combinations of both punches and kicks, in Wolf, only the fists (or elbows) are used.

The last style is nothing but a stance identical to Gon Freecess’s stance when he’s using his Jajanken. The legs are spread shoulder width apart with the left palm several centimeters in front of the right fist. Only one attack can be initiated from this form, it can be any number of attacks, though. From a transformation attack, a kick or a reinforced uppercut; this will then lead directly to the style of Akio’s choice.

It was at the age of 14 that Akio dedicated his life to protecting everyone possible, and manifested his sword. At 15 he saved the country from the Chimera Ants and put the conditions on his abilities allowing him to use reinforcement nen as well as his Grandfather had. He also achieved the rank of triple hunter. In the passed year, he’s played through Greed Island, beat Reiza and stopped several criminal organizations.

Weaknesses: He's an average human just with a ridiculously powerful defense due to his use of Nen, this allows him to protect his body with the use of several abilities that are near as potent as a level 100 Odin armor (or whatever ridiculously powerful armor you guys use). If he falls from 14 stories, he's dead unless he manages to materialize a set of wings quickly. If a 400 ton blob falls on him, chances are he's not goin' to laugh it off.

Strengths: More of the same, except he's got Nen, an ability which the average person does not (not to mention he's one of the 5 strongest Nen users in his dimension).

Uh, I think I covered most of it. I'm goin' to post two links, though. The first will be what a hunter is, and the second is the applications of Nen. I'll outline the abilities as I use them to make it easier, but I want everyone to get an idea of what I've got goin' for me. Akio uses mostly materialization (his weapon), transformation (to change his aura type), reinforcement (to power himself up) and emission (to shoot people with his aura).

Magic: Thor's hammer, Reaver, Hyper reaver, Rune seal(new runes seem to generate randomly, with different effects)
Morph, rarely used, but nonetheless effective when used.
Items: Orb(origin unknown) can create any object desired(also possesses regenerative properties) but cannot create new powers from nothing, Rune tablet(capable of absorbing, and releasing attack derived energy at twice the level it was absorbed at.

Bio: after being struck down in a battle in a different realm, Raider is returned to where he was taken from, and goes on to fight in several campaigns against the covenant, ultimately going MIA again, to face yet another situation with some old familiar friends.

Note, this character's bio sheet reflects last known stats and whatnot from the last game, pretty much a straight up character import.

What are you tryin' to pull? Everyone knows hobo's don't have friends, nor can they afford knives or hobcanes. A hobo-bottle-knife, MAYBE; but even that's pushing it. As for a hobo with the fire element, get real. They have trouble lighting garbages aflame, let alone usin' their own energy to create a crazy attack.

Kage Bushin: Makes clones that last until dismissed or damaged badly. Can be commanded to explode

Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu: Creates large [30 ft dia.] fireball, explodes upon impact.

Incredibly stubborn: only death or being beaten unconscious will stop him while/if friends are in trouble

I know I'm no RP master, however, as a Naruto fan (I read the Manga weekly, and know most characters inside and out), I have to say your explainations on the Sharingan are lack lustre. I already said it works by imitation when I brought up the Rock Lee fight; I won't bother getting into an argument because that leads no where and no one gains anything. Just please, don't try to act like you know more about Naruto than me if you're using the anime for reference. Weekly Manga straight from Japan is far more current and Canon than the Anime will ever be.

Race - human, from another plane of existance (More commonly known as another Dimension).Trained in general high tech warfare and can learn and use Magic(has learned but due to plane shifting to here cannot, untell use to the universe.).
Gender - male
Powers -Limited Hyper Speed(vanish and reappear somewere else)
Technomancer (can manipulate and controll technology slightly, like quickly and easily bringing down enmy firewalls)

Magics:
Glow (makes an entensly bright light blinding anyone without special vision.
Can adjust the intensity, realise it won't blind everyone everytime.)
Weapons: Orange Crystal Dagger (Speacial dagger from my universe Plane of Crystal, which is basicly an endless amount of land were the crystalg gods are, as well as many other cxrystal monsters and types, this dagger can glow, be controlled by me, while its in mid air, and super heat itself to cut through most things), and an emergency "Automatic Compression Laser"
Items: Prisim Sphere (looks like a small orb of glowing light blue light, which changes to other colors, just slightly, and very slowly)(newly weakened to make myself less GODLIKE) A rechargeable item with 6 initial charges. a permanint ability is at least 3 charges (Must Be Approved, By Skix or other RP Master/s/), but a temporary boost is 1.
Armor: A special Bracer like thing that allows me to know area,body, and Special (Quadrant)conditions(Gravity, mass changes, close alli and enemy body conditions, show me weakness os normal class enemys (meaning non boss types), and light weight armor made from an alien matterial (cloth that can stop a bullet, but it can only take so much)

Streangths - I have a proficy that is interdiminsional (meaning no matter what plae/universe/w/e) to be a great magic and weapon user. Very high speeds and strong dagger swings, great sniper but like to be down in the action

Weaknesses - Only attempted to portal once by modifieing Bracer, but it all went horribly wrong, I ended up in this strange universe, with no way of escaping, luckelly, I met up with a guy simply known as Skix. He Can probably get me back to my own Dimension, but I'm are beginning to like this one, and it's not like I had much to go back to... I Can no longer Portal (and if I can at all i wouldnt't want to unless someone else was doing the casting). A Certin type of Crystal from Cryslon Prime (Where Skix Got his Fancy Support Crystal from the last game) Completely drains you of Hyperspeed, and magic. Luckely, These are very rare.

This part is a strength and a weakness - Just a warning, any magic i have on w/e world/plane/diminsion/universe will change when/if we change world/plane/diminsion/universe which may or may not benifit me
