I've been making simple games for quite a while. It's not using any programming language though; I make my games using a tool called Multimedia Fusion (http://www.clickteam.com/eng/mmf2.php), which I can play through a browser using Clickteam's Vitalize! plug-in.
You can play my games at http://www.freewebs.com/n244games. You'll probably need to install the plug-in to see the website properly, and you'll see a link to it on the page.
Please let me know what you think of them. :)

I taught myself.
I've been programming (although not C++ at first) since I was about 12. Although I am not totally fluent in C++, first of all, I have read many books from the library on the subject. One of my friends is a programmer for a living (he works for Nationwide Insurance) so I have also had first-hand help when I need it. Also, I am taking a course in Computer Science. Most of all, it's taken a good deal of hard work practicing. :)

I've always thought of teaching myself C++, but I've always had other things on my mind at the time. Maybe when I'm older.

I never knew you could teach youself C++
If you read books and things about it, then it's completely possible. :)

It's very possible. It just takes work. Like most other things worth doing in life...
