DX ball glitches

I found a really dumb glitch in Dx ball. On the first treasure pack level, if u hit the ball in a certain spot in the top ledft corner, it bounces from block to wall to block to block to block to wall and so on forever and ever and ever.... :eek: Anyone find any others?

It can't do it forever.

If the ball hits only gold bricks a certain number of times in a row, you get a "gold ball" which destroys gold blocks. :)

On the third board of the challenge pack, my ball went over the gold bricks on the left, over the blue bricks below the gold bricks without taking any of them out (the ball was travelling at an angle), then bounced off the edge of one of the gold bricks at the bottom. :confused:

And naturally I ended up losing the ball because I was busy reacting to what had just happened. :rolleyes:

You're telling me! My jaw dropped and I was like "whoa!" when it happened. :)

I'm not sure this is really a glitch, so much as it is a complaint, but it is really bugging me... Why can a power up/power down be almost completely off the screen and apparently just barely graze the paddle and still have its effect, but the same doesn't happen with the ball? I've had several occasions where I thought I totally avoided a power up/power down and it apparently just barely touched the edge of my paddle, but I never get the benefit of the doubt when I just barely miss the ball.

Another glitch in the Challenge pack, almost identical to the first one I posted. On board 21, my ball just went over the top 2 rows of grey bricks without darkening any of them or taking any of them out, then started bouncing over the top row and darkening them. :confused:

At least I didn't lose the ball this time! :)

yeah, a gold ball. You get it when it bounces repetitivly. It has the power to destroy gold bricks.

You get the gold ball in any of the packs when the ball only hits gold bricks for a certain number of times. Not sure what that number is. You also get the gold ball automatically if you play in kid mode.

The Gold Ball Is A Misguided Metal Ball Which Has A Temper Of About The Same As My Angry Father Without His Tim-Hortons Coffee!:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

After I beat the 20th level of the MegaBall Pack, I go to boards 21-50 and I find them blank. Even though it says 20 levels at the title screen, after 20, it goes to 21-50 boards blank, then the end screen. :eek: Mike W., you might want to fix this glitch... :rolleyes:

It is an old and known glitch, which stems from the manner in which Mike borrowed the code from the MegaBall game, which originally had more levels. Though the Super DX Ball only has 20 levels, it still expects 30 more. It will be fixed in the upcoming update.

But retro is too long im bored :D
And i got that glitch too
But u wont get it if u play in kid mode
Cuz the ball will get gold when u start :P
