View Full Version : What Genre?

As you may have read, I thought the old thread with only the choices of Classic and Cassual didn't have enough genres. So I decided to make a different poll with more options.

For those who are wondering what Galactic Warior is, click right...here! (http://www.miniclip.com/games/galactic-warrior/en/) It's not very good as far as controlling, but it's an example.

Brian, if you think this is a good thread, please sticky it :)

Its like the other one but different. I picked Platformer, because those are fun and easily addicting. Puzzles have a very quick but fun lifespan. It depends what kind of Shooting game you mean, but most FPS creep me out more than anything. Its not the killing but the suspense. I could say the suspense is killing, but thats literal. Action games (like fighting) are pretty fun if well made. Toribash is awesome. Arcade games are made in the past and should stay there. If I could add an option, it would be an escape the room game. It would all be expansion based, but the expansion s would have to be made quickly, or by members. Once you beat an escape game, its beaten for good.

Arcade is always fun. I'd like either a blend of several games but transformed into something totally jam packed with non-stop action and specials and all other sorts of hidden unlockables and goodies:)

I wish I could change my vote to Platform...I just remembered how much better they are than puzzles.

I hadn't thought much about a puzzle game but hey good idea! I voted that because puzzles are fun.
Puzzle! Puzzle! Puzzle!

That would be too compex for the blitwise style.

As Blue Moon mentioned before (I think), Blitwise makes simple, classic, games. Anything too complex is out of their 'style'.

They go for simplicity and long-lasting enjoyment.

Don't be so harsh on him . :p
Even Brian said crap, so what .
Everyone heard those words once or even (probably) much more times .
He didn't said anithing that should put him on "blacklist" . ;)

Still need to be careful, though. Then again, note the word might.

Sometimes even I flagrantly say crap. This especially applies to my own set of forums.

Unlike most forums, however, I am very lax sometimes, even allowing guests to post and don't even require image verification or activation. Then again, I don't have much activity. Some of those lax things will be more strict if I do have problems.

I don't really like the game either, just needed to find a quick example.

The original post had not been edited. I just took out the offending part when I did the quote, as Rex Nex explained.

I might not be active, but I try to stay helpful at all costs.

Puzzle would be cool.
