First post, so please excuse if this is answered elsewhere. Done a trawl but can't see the answer. My version of PT Deluxe is 1.00b, February 8th 2002. Is it the current latest version? If not, where and how can I get the latest version?

My version is 1.00b also. I think it's the newest version... for now.

That is the latest version, but one should be out "soon". I don't know how soon "soon" is but it should be close.

Excellent, thanks for the confirmation. As a fully growed chap in my mid fifties, I have to say I enjoy PT more than any other game since Doom! I've played this countless 1000's of times, and much look forward to each weapon set as it comes out. All excellent stuff.

My son and I have played hundreds of times in dual play. We both look forward very much indeed to a network (LAN) or Internet version. Sooner than later please!

same here. my friend and i play at school and would LOVE to play an online version! good luck with the designing!

i have the newest mac version, and it is 1.00c, but that was just the update for intel macs

JakeTheRock, do all the expantions work with the intels too? I'm thinking of getting one.

the current windows version is 1.00b, Mac is 1.00c. The windows version 1.00c will be out in a few more weeks. (According to Brian)

So any thoughts on what v1.00c wil bring to us Windows users? What enhancements?

Hi Bryan,

The new Pocket Tanks engine update is discussed (a little) in the most recent BlitWise newsletter: http://www.blitwise.com/blitwise_newsletter.html

We know that it will have AI updates, a weapon enabling/disabling feature, better options control, and big fixes... :)
