Missile command is one of my favourites. Tempest is another great one.

I'd say this is an appropriate forum for this discussion.

Yeah, me too. I like Atari games, like Dig-Dug and Pong. I am awesome at that, especially when, uh, actually I stink at it. Anyway, it might be as good as my idea... :D

For the ninja game, do you mean N? (Yes, it is one letter long.)
After wikiing lode runner, it seems rather... old...
Not that that's bad or anything, just that I like N so much that I dunno if I'd be able to go back to a precursor of its...

N is really cool! But it isn't of Atari...

Yes, a new load runner style game with nice graphics would be so much fun with powerups, map packs and all. The ninja game I still don't know but more info is that the characters are somewhat boxes with eyes and ninja bands and things and to win you have to jump up hills and kill other ninjas with shurikens on your way up.
Legend of shadow was hard but I loved it, it was also ninjas where you have to try and save the errr idk what she is but you jump super high slash with a sword throw shurikens, get shuriken and sword power ups, run on treetops and more.
Another great atari game was Ice Climbers(I think that was Atari?) entertained me for a long time anyway...
