I downloaded the snowball, nuke, super, flamethrower, chaos, and gravity packs.
Pocket tanks is installed into my Program files. What do I do with the packs?

Go to where you downloaded them, like my documents or something, and install them, and when you play pocket tanks they will be in there.
DO you have pocket tanks delux or the free version?

Because if you do not have deluxe, then you cannot use the X-packs. You can keep the downloads (don't forget to scan them) and still use them once you have deluxe though...

Well, if you didn't pay 16 bucks for PTanks, you can't use those. You need to buy the game.

Where do I install the packs to? The pocket tanks folder?
And yes, I have the deluxe version.

You install the packs to the folder that you have: the v1.0 or 1.1 + deluxe version installed.

Actually, they have to be installed into the weapdata folder of the deluxe version.

When I did that it didn't work so I reloaded everything into the same folder and now it works properly.

Okay, well people have a tendency to put the files where they want it, so if that was the case, reinstall them and click the next, yes and finish buttons on it.
